This Negotiated Request for Proposals invites Proposals from Proponents for the provision of construction management services for projects to be delivered during the Term (defined in section 1.5.3 of the NRFP), as part of Royal Roads University's Routine Capital program. Royal Roads University defines Routine Capital as projects that include cyclical maintenance, repairs, upgrades and renovations to existing infrastructure and buildings. Construction management services are intended to be delivered on the Colwood campus, located at 2005 Sooke Road in Victoria, BC and may, at the Institutions option, require construction management services for projects located at the Bloom Castle by the Sea on Salt Spring Island and at the Langford campus on Goldstream Avenue in Langford, BC.
