Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work under this contract includes razing and removing buildings, disposing of all material and debris, removing all miscellaneous land improvements, if any, placing compacted backfill in the exposed basements and openingsresulting from the removal of the buildings, and grading the vacant site. Overland Elementary Early Childhood Education Center South Side Drop Off located at Overland Elementary Early Childhood Education Center, Rock Springs, Wyoming. The work includes removal and replacement of existing grass, concrete sidewalk and curb, asphalt paving, signage, and bollards. Bids shall be sealed in one envelope plainly marked: Overland South Side Drop Off. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Attention of the bidder is particularly called to the requirements in the Wyoming Statutes regarding preference for Wyoming products and the 5percent preference shown to Wyoming contractors. (A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. One in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted ,the bidder shall execute a signed contract and furnish the Performance Bond within 10 days after the Notice of Intent to Award the Contract*.)No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening. = The District shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and informalities in bidding. Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, after consideration is given to the conformity with specifications, the quality of the materials to be supplied, the suitability to the requirements of the project, the delivery terms, and the past performance of the vendor. Parcel 1 - A one-story (4,300 SF, including a full unfinished basement) twounit, side-by-side residential dwelling with an attached two-stall garage. Unit 327 is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment measuring 1,173-sq. ft. and Unit 329 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment measuring 977-sq. ft. On the front of the dwelling, each side has a concrete stoop with steps that connect to a concrete walkway, and a concrete paved driveway. On the back side of the dwelling is a concrete patio, with wood pallet steps for each unit. Additional building improvements consist of a 225-sq. ft. wood-frame storage shed on a concrete slab. Clearing and grubbing of all landscaping. Any and all other relevant surrounding improvements and debris, if present. There is approximately 2,300 sq. ft. of vermiculite in the attic, and it must be removed pursuant to Article 15 of the Special Provisions. Concrete/asphalt paving areas (driveway/parking) should be removed during demolition. Guaranty Required: $20,000.00
