Tioga Marine Terminal Site Lighting Improvements It is the policy of PhilaPort to maximize opportunities for participation by Small Diverse Businesses, including Minority, Woman, Veteran, Service-Disabled Veteran, Disability-Owned, and LGBT Business Enterprises (collectively, "SDBs"). The SDB participation goal for this procurement is 20%. Small Diverse Businesses will receive credit toward the SDB participation goal for self-performance and are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority is issuing this Invitation For Bids to meet the needs of PhilaPort to satisfy a need for Tioga Marine Terminal Site Lighting Improvements. Question Deadline 02/25/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to procurement@philaport.com prior to the date and time indicated in the Calendar of Even The work to be performed is described in Part III of this IFB and the Contract Documents . All of the Work is required to be performed within one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date the notice to proceed is issued. If PhilaPort enters into a contract as a result of this IFB, it will be a contract containing the Construction Contract Terms and Conditions as shown in Part IV of this IFB.
