The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of a new security vestibule / office addition, outdoor pavilion, and reconstruction of an existing parking lot and entrance drive inclusive of a new drop off lane at the Onteora Middle / High School. As of Febrary 6, 2025, a construction manager has bee selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owner's sales tax exemption, the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, and The New York State Department of Labor Contractor Registry. In addition, the Bidding Documents contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders.
