Onteora CSD - Elevator Upgrades & Ceiling Reconstruction The Onteora CSD invites bids for Demolition and Abatement Construction, General Construction, Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction for work at the Onteora Middle School / High School. Scope of work includes elevator modernization to main elevator at the student/visitors entrance inclusive of interior cab finish upgrades. Interior cab finish upgrades only to a secondary elevator at the science wing. Corridor ceiling spot abatement and repairs. MS Gymnasium flooring replacement and electrical panel upgrades. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instructions to Bidders". Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The Onteora Central School District hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any, or all, Bids or to accept the one that, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of Onteora Central School District.
