Site work and paving for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 2,154 LF 6-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx.2,117 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 2,162 LF of 24-inch through 36-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 7,616 SY of 6-inch subgrade Preparation 5. Approx. 7,141 SY of 6"-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
