Site work and paving for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 4,085 LF 8-inch through 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx.3,335 LF of 8-inch through 10-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 3,435 LF of 24-inch through 7'x 6' storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 445 LF of 8-inch through 20-inch Non-Potable water line and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 270 LF of Earthen Swale Excavation 6.Approx. 12,630 SY of 6-inch subgrade Preparation 7. Approx. 11,825 SY of 6-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 02/17/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online at https://bids.lja.com. All parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be notified of the addendum. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
