(2) - Bridge Engineering Design Services Term Agreements (Design B-1 Level C) Location(s) Statewide, New Jersey This solicitation is bridge design engineering services for Bridge Maintenance Repair Contracts. It may include prerequisite tasks such as identification/verification or failures; collection of relevant background data (Traffic, Accident, Drainage, Structural, Access, etc.); Environmental Permit Applications, Surveys; Development of Plans, Specifications, and Proposals. In addition, Emergency Engineering Services and Construction Engineering may be required to provide the Department with the capability to immediately respond to those special situations identified by the Department as an "Emergency" with manpower and expertise; thus allowing the Department to identify and analyze the problem, develop and implement corrective measures, take control of the situation, and maintain continuity of its basic transportation services in the safest possible manner. Therefore, B-1 at complexity Level C is required.
