Quotes must be submitted on forms prepared by the Authority. The Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority The proposed work consists of but is not limited to: A force main inspection, employing industry-standard construction methods to complete a smart ball survey on approximately 6 miles of 8" sanitary sewer force main in Jackson, NJ. All quotes shall be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. requiring each proposer and each subcontractor to formulate and submit to the proper authorized representative of the State of New Jersey an affirmative action program of equal opportunity which guarantees minorities employment in all categories. If a proposer is a corporation, Subchapter S corporation, partnership, limited partnership, or limited liability partner or company, the proposer, in conformance with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 et seq., shall submit with its quote a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders who own a ten percent (10%) or greater interest in the firm. All proposers are advised of the penalties for false, deceptive or fraudulent statement as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-33 through -34. The Project shall conform to the Local Public Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. The Authority reserves the right to waive any immaterial informalities or to reject any and all quotes, in accordance with applicable laws.
