As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. 2025 Water Meter Change Out Program The proposed work consists of but is not limited to: providing all labor, purchasing and storing of materials, equipment, transportation and means necessary to replace approximately 539 Neptune 900i Indoor Meters as specified in the bid forms. Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the JTMUA. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed, specially addressed envelope bearing "BID" on the outside, the name and address of the bidder, and work bid upon. All bidders shall be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. (P.L. 1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. requiring each bidder and each subcontractor to formulate and submit to the proper authorized representative of the State of New Jersey an affirmative action program of equal opportunity which guarantees minorities employment in all categories. If a bidder is a corporation, Subchapter S corporation, partnership, limited partnership, or limited liability partner or company the bidder, in conformance with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 et seq., shall submit with its bid a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders who own a ten percent (10%) or greater interest in the firm. All bidders are advised of the penalties for false, deceptive or fraudulent statement as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-33 through -34. The Project shall conform to the Local Public Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. The Authority reserves the right to waive any immaterial informalities or to reject any and all bids, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2. No oral interpretation shall be made to any bidder as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents nor be effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Owner and shall be postmarked at least seven (7) days before the established date for bid opening. The Owner will arrange all pertinent questions received and his decision regarding each in written addenda, each of which shall become part of the Contract. Prior to the opening of bids, a copy of these addenda will be sent to each entity, which has obtained a set of the Contract Documents from the Owner in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c).
