the Scope of Work Contemplated for the Above-named Project Generally Includes Construction of a New Roadway Connecting Tilford Street to Muirfield Road, Installation of Stormwater Systems and Associated Restoration Work and Installation of Sidewalks From Beam Avenue to Goldweber Avenue as Well as All Other Work of Any Type or Description Necessary for Contemplation of the Project, Whether or Not Specifically Described in These Contract Documents. All Work on This Contract Shall Be Completed Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed. Also, Bid Packets Must Be Accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety From a Surety Company Holding a Certificate of Authorization to Do Business in the State of New Jersey and Either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check Drawn to the Order of township of Jackson for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Amount, Except That the Check Shall Not Exceed $20,000.00. The Successful Bidder is Hereby Notified That a Performance and Payment Bonds for the Full Amount of This Project is Required. the Award of the Contract for This Project Will Not Be Made Until the Necessary Funds Have Been Provided by Township of Jackson in a Lawful Manner. By Virtue of Executive Order #34 (1976), Vendors Currently Suspended, Debarred or Disqualified Are Excluded From Participating on This Project. t
