Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project entails the renovation of a parking lot, including the removal of an existing bank teller drive-thru situated within the lot. Renovations for this project will include: i. Asphalt Repair: Demo and remove existing asphalt, reprocess and compact existing base as needed, furnish, place, and compact 2 inches of Type D Hot Mix Asphalt across 7,725 square feet. ii. Crack seal: Crack seal 15,000 linear feet of transverse and lateral pavement cracking greater than 54" up to 1!4". To exclude North Drive due to excess alligator cracking - See Paving Alternate iii. Seal Coat: Remove all dirt and debris from existing asphalt. Apply two coats of Sealcoat to 27460 square feet iv. Re-stripe approximately 2,460 linear feet of parking lot lines. To include all existing ADA spaces symbols and Fire Lane. To include new layout and striping of south parking lot lines to accommodate maximum parking spaces. Written questions are encouraged, and will be accepted until 05:00 p.m., local time on 02/13/2025. The Owner will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the Owner. No cost or deposit required to download documents/ A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to South Plains Association of Governments.
