The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced construction firms to provide Preconstruction Services for the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 ("MD" or "Owner"), Project No. 2024-3083, Smith WTP Upgrades Project, located in the Hamlet of Smith, Alberta. The Proposals for Contract 1 shall be for Preconstruction Services required for water treatment plant upgrades and a building expansion. As further described herein, the successful Proponent may also be eligible, at the discretion of the Owner, to negotiate to enter into Contract 2 - Construction.
