This project requires 23% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on May 1, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase I and/or II engineering services are required for various projects throughout District Two and will report to the District's Geometrics Engineer. This project will have an emphasis on geometric work; however, any Phase I and II activities may be performed. The Phase I work may consist of conducting route surveys, land surveys, hydraulic surveys, hydraulic analyses, geometric studies, and preparing Project Reports anticipated to be Categorical Exclusions. This work may include data collection, development of alignment alternatives, cost estimates, ADA, traffic management analysis, crash analyses, Type, Size and Location (TS&L) drawings, geotechnical services, bridge inspections, bridge condition reports (BCRs), structure plans, public involvement activities, environmental tasks, surveys, ROW documents and other related work and prepare exhibits necessary to produce the Project Report.
