This project requires 27% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 24, 2025, at 1:30 PM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase III engineering services are required for various projects in District Two. The Consultant must provide sufficient staff to perform all engineering services required to complete the projects. The projects may include construction inspection, documentation of pay quantities and related forms for record keeping, Construction & Materials Management System (CMMS) documentation, on-site quality assurance material testing, night-time inspection as needed, and all other work required to complete the projects. The Consultant will be responsible to ensure contractors complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. It is anticipated the department will do all off-site material inspection for the project, and the Consultant will do all onsite material inspection including PCC QA testing as needed.
