Bid Bond 10% SCOPE OF SERVICES: The project entails the removal and replacement of specific doors, frames, glass, and windows at Sauk Valley Community College. The contractor will furnish all labor and equipment necessary to construct the proposed improvements as described in the specifications and shown in the construction drawings. The contractor shall coordinate all work with other contractors, manufacturers, and material suppliers contracted with the owner as part of this project, including but not limited to plumbing contractors, electrical contractors, and others, as well as the owner's staff. There is no Business Enterprise Program (BEP) participation goal required for this project. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. All work must comply with local building codes and safety standards. 2. Contractor to verify all measurements on-site before procurement and installation. 3. Contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and permits. 4. Haul away and properly dispose of all removed materials, including doors, frames, glass, and operators. 5. Coordinate with the client to minimize disruption to mall operations. 6. Contractor to ensure proper sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing for all installations. 7. Contractor to provide documentation of warranties for all installed components. 8. All work must be completed before June 30, 2025.
