Olivett Road North of Penny Lane. Bid Proposals Are for the Lump Sum Basis Project but Must Include the Detailed Unit Price as Outlined in the Bid Documents. The North Water Extension Project Includes Directional Boring Installation of Hdpe Drinking Main Water Supply Conduits of Varying Sizes at a Total Length of Approximately 43,391 Horizontal Linear Feet and 186 Taps With 14 Fire Hydrants and 2 Flush Hydrants. The Base Bid Project Also Includes a Complete Water Pressure Booster Station With Site Improvements and a Commercial Two-Lane Water Filling Station. Bid Alternate #1 Project Includes a Commercial Single Lane Water Filling Station. Bid, and Shall Be Accompanied by Either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Bid Amount or by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit on a Solvent Bank in the Amount of Not Less Than 10% of the Amount of the Bid, Subject to Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security, Furnished in Bond Form, Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond and in the Amount of 100% of the Bid Including a Warranty Period of 1 Year After Substantial Completion.
