1. This requirement is to install 3 combination Icemaker and Hot/Cold water dispensers in 3 different locations throughout B301D facility for the 97th Intelligence Squadron on Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE. 2. The provided installed items shall meet the following requirements: -A Combination Ice Maker and Hot/ Cold Water Dispenser Shall utilize 115-120V outlets. -The condensate pump shall utilize the current 115V-120V outlets. -The unit must be sized to fit in a space with the dimensions of 29" wide by 60" High By 23" Deep. 3. The unit must have a filtration process that includes a 3-stage system at a minimum. This includes a Dual Reverse Osmosis, Pre-Carbon, Mineral Carbon and Sediment. This filtration system must be enclosed inside the unit. The unit must dispense Hot water from a minimum .6-gallon reservoir and cold water from a 2-gallon reservoir with a 1-gallon flow rate per minute. The unit must produce 30lbs to 40lbs of ice per day. The unit must have touchless operation system. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for the installation of 115V/120V outlets, drain, and water supply to support the installation of Combination Ice Maker and Hot/ Cold Water Dispenser and condensate pump. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for the installation of Combination Ice Maker and Hot/ Cold Water Dispenser and condensate pump. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the tools, equipment, and parts necessary to install the machines. Contractor shall be responsible for all cleanup and the disposal of any waste generated during the installation.
