Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laurel, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and municipal facility.

Plans call for the conversion of the elementary school area into new district offices SCOPE ITEMS: The items listed below are to be included in your base bid. INCLUDE FINAL CLEANING FOR ALL NEW & EXISTING CONDITIONS. 1. Provide final construction cleaning for all interior spaces at newly remodeled rooms only. 2. Window cleaning for all interior and exterior glass surfaces, including but not limited to all new and existing interior storefront, interior windows, demountable, and frameless glass as shown on the project plans. 3. Cleaning of all new fixtures and equipment for the project, include all equipment in mechanical rooms, bathrooms, etc. 4. Cleaning is to include but is not limited to, final clean of all new and existing benches, built-in desks, shelving, visual display boards, all trim work, floors, operable partition walls, and specialty doors, etc. 5. Include removal of all protection wrap or finish protection materials and the cleaning of the equipment upon removal. This includes but not limited to partitions, toilet accessories, appliances, doors, door hardware, and glazing. 6. Begin cleaning in a "top down" approach. Wipe clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces. Dust all electrical fixtures, as required. Clean and sanitize all plumbing fixtures, vacuum all carpets, sweep and/or mop all hard surface flooring. Clean, mop, and buff all tile floors with mechanical brushes as required. Clean interiors and exteriors of all cabinets. 7. Windows and frames to be cleaned of all residue and debris. 8. All spaces to be left in new, clean, and move in ready condition. 9. Include a final cleaning for both pre punch list and post punch list work. Exclude windows on post punch list clean. 10. Include an allowance of $2,000 for additional cleaning. This allowance will be controlled and dispersed at the direction of the Construction Manager. 11. Provide supplies, equipment, and adequate manpower to complete own work in a timely manner and in accordance with the project schedule. 12. Prior to use, all cleaning products must be approved by manufacturers of materials to be cleaned. 13. Provide temporary signage for "cleaning complete" on rooms/areas that are done. Payment and performance bonds may be required at the discretion of the Construction Manager and Owner. The right is reserved to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days,
