The Saint Lucie County, Florida Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "SLC BOCC") is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to enter into a contract for FEMA Public Assistance Consulting Services. The selected consultant will provide professional services to support the SLC BOCC's disaster recovery efforts by: o Expediting financial recovery through FEMA's Public Assistance (PA) Program and other federal and state programs. o Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws to reduce risks of audits and re-views. o Minimizing future disaster impacts by implementing mitigation strategies. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
