Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed bids for a Plastic Drainage Pipe requirements contract for the Department of Land Use and Transporation, Operations Division. This will be a 3-5 year contract with an estimated expenditure of $200,000.00 total. Escalation/De-Escalation language will be included in the contract in case the selected vendor cannot hold their price for the length of the contract. Quantities listed are estimates only and are listed for bid comparisons. Actual quantities will vary depending on work programs and scheduled activities. This will be an award all contract, meaning that only one contract will be awarded to the lowest bid vendor who provides quotes on all listed items. Washington County is a political subdivision of the State of Oregon. It is located west of Portland, Oregon and extends to the coastal mountains. The County seat of government and major facilities are located in Hillsboro, Oregon, approximately 20 miles from downtown Portland. Washington County uses Plastic Drainage Pipe for it's Road Maintenance activities.
