The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Region Five/District Nine Office in Carbondale. Phase III engineering services are required to provide construction supervision, inspection, engineering layout, and record maintenance for various projects in District Nine. Quality Assurance (QA) testing for hot mix asphalt (HMA), Portland cement concrete (PCC), soils, and aggregate.
