The project will consist of the following pavement treatments in Port Malabar Units 26 and 39 PM Unit 26 DORCHESTER RD, BUTT MILLING 1-1/2 Milling & 2 Paving - 1,594 LF 1-1/2 Thin lift Paving - 37,870LF PM Unit 39 20 CUL-DE-SACS 1 Mill / 3 Overlay - 1,800 LF 6 WIDE BUTT MILLING = 630 SY All streets shown on the construction plans are located within Port Malabar Units 39 and Unit 26 in the City of Palm Bay Right of Way. Construction shall include all incidental work items to be performed as per construction plans to include, milling and paving, thin lift overlay, 50% edge grading, 15% spray herbicide, sodding, sidewalk connections and ADA additions, concrete work, truncated domes mat installations, temporary striping and final thermoplastic striping and pay quantities provided in the bid documents are all inclusive for work identified on the plans and specification. The selected contractor shall furnish and install all construction work identified on the plans and per the specifications identified in the bid documents, plans and specifications. Unit 39 is cul-de-sac work milling/ resurfacing while unit 26 is roads milling and or resurfacing as shown on the plans and specifications Engineers Estimate $2,541,985.00
