The Immokalee Water and Sewer District (District) is seeking bids to upgrade clay sewer gravity pipe and sewer service laterals with a cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) methodology, located at 1800 Farm Worker Way, Immokalee, Florida, 34142. Funding for this project is provided by the Collier County Division of Community and Human Services and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Federal Regulations during construction will be enforced, including Davis Bacon and Related Acts for wage rates. All prospective bidders are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioners or District employees except as provided below. L. 177-58. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction of this project shall apply to the project throughout.
