The County is interested in receiving qualifications and proposals from experienced design-build teams to extend the County's water, wastewater and irrigation quality utility lines and fiber infrastructure located within the Oil Well Road corridor. The project is located on Oil Well Road, east of Desoto Boulevard to a point prior to the intersection of Oil Well Road and State Road 29. The target substantial completion date is June 30, 2027. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The selected Design-Build team shall perform a comprehensive design of Collier County Water-Sewer District (CCWSD) owned water, wastewater and irrigation quality mains and fiber infrastructure to complete the construction of the proposed improvements. The selected Design-Build team will perform design, prepare construction plans, prepare project specifications, prepare contract documents, permitting, preparing guaranteed maximum price (GMP), prepare project schedule, construction, construction administration services and construction engineering & inspection services. All work shall conform to the Collier County Utility Standards Manual. Proposed Improvements: Utility Expansion Improvements Through this project, the Design-Build team will construct all necessary proposed piping and re-pump station improvements to provide water, wastewater and irrigation quality utility service along Oil Well Road. The start of the project will begin approximately 10,000 feet east of Desoto Blvd and end approximately 42,000 feet east on Oil Well Road.
