Site work and paving for a civil project in Immokalee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Immokalee Water and Sewer District has gravel/dirt well access roads at the JVW Water Treatment Plant. These roads were damaged as a result of flooding due to Hurricane Ian. This project will provide for drainage improvements and pavement structural improvements to help mitigate damage to the well access roads for future flood events All questions must be directed to Louis Brunetti via email at LouisBrunetti@immokaleewatersewer.com using Question The deadline for submitting all questions is May 22, 2025 at Noon. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. All responses to questions and addenda will be posted on the Districts website and electronic. The District reserves the right to withdraw and cancel this solicitation at any time, without liability to any respondent or prospective respondent. The project is located at the Immokalee Water and Sewer District in Collier County, Florida. Based on the provided information, we understand four unpaved well access roads were damaged by Hurricane Ian and have been temporarily repaired. We understand it is now desired to implement a more permanent repair to increase the resiliency of the roadways. Approximately 3,710 LF of roadway is included with this project. The purpose of this report is to support the design of the proposed well access roadway improvements.
