If the contract amount resulting from this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is greater than $100,000, the contractor shall furnish the Department with a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the quoted price. Construction shall be substantially complete within 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
