The deadline to ask questions is 2/19/2025 5:00 PM CST Major items of work include: One (1) 650-gpm Horizontal Split Case Booster Pump, including connection to existing Booster Pump Motor and to existing suction and existing discharge header, and other incidentals; One (1) 280,000-gallon Powder Coated Ground Storage Tank, complete with all appurtenances, including interconnect piping with valves, including connection to existing well supply line and suction header piping, and storm drain connection; One (1) 1,050-gpm Horizontal Split Case Booster Pump and Motor, including connection to existing suction and discharge header and all other piping, valves and other appurtenances; and Electrical Work A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Arcola or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Arcola reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid.
