The project generally consists of the construction of: Interior painting and wall paper installation. Submission Cut Off Date = (Deadline for Application submission to electronically) 02/18/2025 To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: A, B, C33 No prequalification is required to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bid documents and accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company, or certified check, or cashier's check in favor of the Saugus Union School District or cash, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders must deposit the original of the Bid Bond, cashier's check, or certifies check in the mail on the same day as the bid opening. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
