**As of March 21, 2025, project was awarded to G & H Anderson Excavating LLC with awarded amount of $251,479.30** The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for maintenance of a section of Cove Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #170. The scope of the project includes installing drainage pipes, constructing underdrain trenches, grading the existing base and roadway construction with 4-inch minus stone and #2A coarse aggregate. Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Foster Schaffer in the PGC Engineering Division at 717-787-4250, ext. 73322. Any questions concerning completion of an electronic bid should be directed to the PGC Procurements Division at 717-787-6594. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. The scope of the project includes installing drainage pipes, constructing underdrain trenches, grading the existing base and roadway construction with 4-inch minus stone and #2A coarse aggregate. Question Deadline 03/03/2025 all questions regarding the IFB must be submitted in writing to the email address of the Issuing Officer provided in the solicitation. While there is no set timeline for the submittal of questions, questions received within 48 hours prior to the bid due date and time will be answered at the discretion of the Commonwealth. All questions received will be answered, in writing, and such responses shall be posted to eMarketplace as an addendum to the IFB.
