Reference Number 0000375398 Department of Public Safety Roof Restoration SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall remove failed, loose or deteriorated membrane, including ballast, flashing membrane, obsolete equipment, all other components and prep field of roof as required for installation of Fluid-Applied Polyurethane System per the specification documents 1. Spot Replacement of Additional Insulation Course per 1.5" thickness 2. Treated Wood Blocking replacement; 3. Treated Wood Blocking replacement; 4. Treated Wood Blocking replacement; 5. Treated Wood Blocking replacement; 6. Replacement of Drain with Cast Iron Components 7. Rust Proofing of metal decking (surface rust present) 8. Reinforcement of metal decking (Pin-holing identified) 9. Replacement of metal decking (Holes larger than 1/4 ").
