Reference Number 0000404067SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor to remove and replace the oil separator located in the Public Safety Building. A Zurn model or equal shall be sized and placed in the current location as required under the State Plumbing Code. All contaminated soil within the existing separator area shall be removed. The contractor shall be responsible for all plumbing and concrete restoration required to remove and install the new unit. Department of Public Safety Oil Separator Replacement All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Mt.
