Reference Number 0000286822 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/14 12:00:00 AM CST The Provision of Removal and Disposal/Recycling General Waste and Co-mingled and Cardboard in rural areas i. Provide services for hauling/removal and/or disposal/recycling (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) of general waste, and co-mingled and cardboard from the locations identified by the Buying Group Member. ii. Provide services for hauling/removal and/or disposal/recycling (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) of general waste, and comingled and cardboard from newly identified locations. Services required by the Contractor under this Agreement shall include, but is not limited to: (a) The provision of all necessary containers with divided plastic lids completes with locks and lid restraint brackets, labour, supervision, tools, materials, landfill disposal fees, plant, fuel and equipment to perform the services in accordance with the RFx. (b) The collection and hauling of refuse on a scheduled basis from the specified locations or as may be directed by the Authorized Representative or Designate. (c) The provision of the stipulated size and number of containers in good condition and newly painted. The Contractor shall be responsible for and/or comply with any request for the replacement of any container found to be defective in any way at any time during the duration of the Agreement. (d) The Contractor shall maintain the specified collection schedule at all times, notwithstanding that periodically, a scheduled collection day will fall upon a statutory holiday. Under such condition, the Authorized Representative or Designate may permit specific variation (on an occurrence-by-occurrence basis where advance notice is provided to, and approved by, the Authorized Representative or Designate at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the statutory holiday.
