Reference Number 0000287336 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/12 04:00:00 PM CST CPPD requires the services of a General Contractor for flat roof replacement at Manitoba Archives building, located 200 Vaughan Street, Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, roof system replacement, temporary relocation of existing roof-top mechanical units for the duration of construction, and reinstallation on the new roof. The construction needs to be implemented phased out into two consecutive years due to multi-year budget allocation. Work site location will be occupied during construction. The Scope of Work for this project was limited to the following: Retain a roofing Contractor (MJ Roofing) to collect core samples of the roofing material and complete the repairs to the core sample locations. Submit the bulk samples collected to an accredited lab, under chain of custody protocol, for analysis. Provide a report outlining our findings and provide recommendations regarding the removal of the identified substances in accordance with planned remediation activities at the Site building. .1 Work of this Contract comprises the following: 1 Removal and replacement of 4,516m2 of existing roof membrane over multi-tiered roof at Manitoba Archives, located at 200 Vaughan Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. 2 In the event of conflicting information regarding product, material or method within the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall include for the more costly product, material or method. A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement; and A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
