Sealed bid which will be accepted by the St. Francois County Commission for supplying the following Office Supplies Printing Supplies Janitorial Supplies Road & Bridge Supplies Culvert Tile (for Road & Bridge) Ready-mix Concrete (for Road & Bridge) Tires & Tubes (for Road & Bridge, & Juvenile) Tires Only (Sheriff Dept.) Fleet Supplies (Sheriff Dept.) Gasoline and Fuel (for Road & Bridge and Sheriff) Salt (for Road & Bridge) Heating & Cooling Parts & Labor (All Facilities) Pest Control 3 Year Contract (All Facilities) Trash Service 3 Year Contract (All Facilities) Lawncare Services (for Juvenile) Food Service (for Juvenile & Jail) Cleaning Service (for Juvenile) Contractual Services for Various Items Delivery Date: As soon as possible Bids Will Be Awarded on an Individual Basis. Transportation Charges Prepaid Payment for materials, equipment, or services (unless otherwise agreed) will be paid within thirty (30) days from delivery date. Acceptance of bid by the County Commission and notification of same will constitute a legal contract. Failure to supply the material, equipment of supplies in the manner specified will be held accountable. The County Commission of St. Francois County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason deemed justifiable.
