Contractor to be responsible for setting-up and maintain traffic control, including signs designating street closure. 2. Rotary mill the existing asphalt surface to a depth of minimum of 4 inches. Contractor shall be responsible for transporting milled material to a location of the City's choosing not to exceed City limits. 3. Apply a bond coat that shall be per Section 502.02 of the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. The bond coat shall be applied at a uniform rate of 0.10 gallons per square yard to the adjacent curb and between base course and wearing course 4. Apply a base course of MDOT HMA 3C asphalt to a thickness of 2 inches. 5. Apply a wearing course of MDOT HMA 13A to a thickness of 2 inches, compacted at a minimum density of 97% and maximum density of 100%. HMA MDOT 13A shall be in accordance with MDOT 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction sections 501 and502. 6.
