The Work generally consists of the following: Three new general aviation pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) hangars are to be constructed on two sites at Pang-born Memorial Airport. Three existing hangars are to be demolished and removed from the Airport. Sitework for the project includes pavement section building, asphalt paving, drainage structure installation, and utility installation. Building construction for the site includes erection of two nested T-Hangar Buildings and on Clear Span Hangar Building. The anticipated funds available for the Work are $8,052,165.55(including Washington State sales tax.) A Bid Guaranty, payable by cashier s check, certified check or bid bond, of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required.
