Renovation of a mixed-use development in St Clr Shores, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond, of the total base Bid price, made payable to South Lake Schools, with the sealed Bid. Question Deadline 02/06/2025 The District's Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole, or in part, and accept any Bid or portion of the Bid that, in their opinion, best serves the interests of the District.
