he purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for providing lawn care and snow removal services to various sites within the Saskatchewan Health Authority Regina area. The vendor is contracted for winter snow removal and sanding services for parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks for the SHA Community Buildings location. Lawn care services to include spring clean-up (power vacuum, power rake, aeration, fertilizer, mowing, trimming, garbage pick-up, weed control, and removal). Three applications of fertilizer to be applied per season. 7 Locations: EMS South, EMS North, EMS Central, Facilities Management, Addiction Treatment, PHN, Urgent Care Centre. The term of the contract will be for a 3-year term with a 2-year possible extension.
