Vacant Unit Painting Approximate Delivery Date / Start Date: 03/24/2025 Question Deadline 02/17/2025 at 4:00 PM CT All questions and requests for information must be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer Bonds: A 5% Bid Bond of the proposed bid amount will be required for the project. This must be submitted as part of the bid packet. Additionally, if a Bid Bond is presented in the form of a Cashiers Check, the amount must equal 5% of the maximum contract amount of $200,000.00. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond; or 20% cash escrow The contract start date will be effective the date provided in the Notice to Proceed letter and the contract will end three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days from the start date that is noted in the Notice to Proceed or until the contract The SHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the SHA to be in its best interests.
