Combines Synopsis/Solicitation - 36C78625Q50121 - Danville, IL National Cemetery Grounds Maintenance, Janitorial & Irrigation System -- S208 Contractor shall provide ground maintenance, irrigation system maintenance and Janitorial service at Danville National Cemetery. This is a hybrid contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract Line Items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other Contract Line Items should be priced using the SCA wage determination. This will be a IDIQ contract with a base and four (4) option years, if exercised. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for full details.
