Job No: 284.005, 20232548 The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course New Clubhouse Description of the Work: Construction of a new 18,484 GSF two-level Clubhouse, along with associated site work and utilities. The Work shall be conducted in two phases, and the Golf Course shall remain operational and in use during the construction period. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete, masonry, structural steel, interior architectural woodwork, thermal and moisture protection, doors, frames and hardware, rolling service doors, glazing and storefronts, drywall, metal panels, sound absorptive panels, painting, signage, toilet compartments and accessories, lockers, metal storage shelving, flagpoles, food service equipment, window shades, entrance mats, earthwork, dumbwaiters, fire suppression, plumbing and mechanical, electrical, communications, safety and security, and chain link fences and gates. This is a LEED project. The Work is subject to the prevailing wage or local hiring laws of Anne Arundel County as more specifically set forth by law and by County policy.
