Reference Number 0000375270 Delivery Point: Greenmead Historical Park 20501 Newburgh, Livonia, MI 48152 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: work completed by 5/23/25 Brush removal and tree trimming per attached specifications. Contact Emily with questions at 248-477-7375 or etchorz@livonia.gov. Brush Removal and Tree Trimming shall include, but not limited to: 1. Remove all brush from the northwest corner of the parking lot, extending approximately 30 feet north from the parking blocks. 2. Any trees measuring 6 inches in diameter or smaller shall be removed completely. (Tree diameters shall be measured 3 feet from the ground). 3. Any trees larger than 7 inches in diameter shall be pruned, removing branches lower than 6 feet that would impede pedestrian traffic. 4. Ground surface shall be leveled/flat and safe for pedestrian traffic. 5. All disturbed areas shall be restored with 3" of topsoil and grass seed. 6. Disposal of all excavated and removed materials are the responsibility of the contractor and shall obtain their own dump sites. 7. Site must be cleaned of any debris. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damage to existing utilities caused by their operations.
