**As of April 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Golden Gates Constructions, LLC, with an awarded amount of $51,827.50.** Reference Number 0000376903 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: 6/15/2025 The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following items of work: 165 c.y. excavation; placement of 125 c.y. 21AA crushed concrete aggregate base; placement of 4,500 s.f. of 4" thick concrete pavement; 470 s.f. of 6" concrete sidewalk (including ramps); removal of 5 trees (including stumps); restoration and other miscellaneous items of work. Question Deadline 02/27/2025 Questions are submitted online No, Bidders may submit questions in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager at gkandah@Livonia.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. June 15, 2025 - Work Completion Date. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % No bidder may withdraw his proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
