Reference Number 0000378692 The removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk 4, 6, and 8-inches in thickness, concrete curb and gutter, ADA ramps and other related items of work within the City of Livonia. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form issued by an approved Surety Company. The Prime Contractor shall demonstrate that they have successfully completed projects in the last five (5) years of equal scope (i.e. residential concrete sidewalk repairs and ADA ramp replacements) in the State of Michigan and where each year totaled more than $500,000 in construction work. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
