Reference Number 0000380389 Mowing Services - 2025 The City reserves the right to reject in or in part any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; as it is determined to be in the best interests of the City of Livonia to do so. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security in form of bond the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal as security for the acceptance of the contract. A Bid Bond in the Michigan standard form issued by an approved surety company must be submitted. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. All work must be completed by Nov. 15th of each year of the contract, unless extended by the City. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals in whole or in part and waive any irregularities therein.
