**As of May 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Titan Pavement, with an awarded amount of $49,249.20.** Reference Number 0000377453 The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following items of work: Placement of 25 tons of 3" thick asphalt pavement, 100 l.f. of 12" storm sewer, 100 c.y. of fill, grading, restoration and other miscellaneous items of work. Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Bidders may submit questions in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager at gkandah@Livonia.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form, issued by an approved Surety Company. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of Livonia. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
