Reference Number 0000402051 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date: Project start date November 2025 Purchase and installation of fencing at the Kirksey Recreation Center per attached specifications. Project to start November 2025 following completion of new playground installation. Contact Bill with questions at 734-466-2415 or wkeppen@livonia.gov. The City of Livonia is requesting quotes for the purchase and installation of fencing at the updated playground area at the Kirksey Recreation Center. The fence will not fully enclose the playground; instead, it will provide a partial barrier to enhance safety and define the space. City staff will identify the start and end points, totaling approximately 150 linear feet. Purchase and Installation of a 4-foot tall, black aluminum fence approximately 150 feet in length. Fence to closely match existing splash pad fence, staff will approve final design. Vendor to provide all associated installation materials. Secure the site for safety, being this is a public space. Fence shall be installed directly into the existing asphalt path. Contractor is responsible for taking their own measurements. Contractor must provide all equipment and personnel necessary to perform the required services. Contractor must contact MISS DIG before any installation that involves driving posts or ground disturbance. Contractor must haul away all refuse and clean the site after completion of the project. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to existing utilities or site elements caused by their operations. Contractor shall adequately protect surrounding amenities from damage; any damage must be repaired at no cost to the City.
