2025 Road Project Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Treasurer's Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of Perkiomen Township, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly se-cured. Bidders must be PennDOT Prime Contractor Prequalified for bituminous paving work, and all materials and sup-pliers must be PennDOT approved. Wages paid employees of the successful bidder shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Board of Supervisors of Perkiomen Township re-serves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof. Perkiomen Township also reserves the right to overlook or "waive" a bid defect, irregularity, deficiency or non conformance provided that:(1) same is patently insignificant or technical; (2) the best interests of the Township would be advanced by the waiver; (3)the waiver would not give an unfair advantage to one bid-der over another; and, (4) the waiver would not violate Section 3102 of the Second Class Township Code,
