Perkiomen Township also reserves the right to overlook or "waive" a bid defect, irregularity, deficiency or nonconformance provided that: (1) same is patently insignificant or technical; (2) the best interests of the Township would be advanced by the waiver; (3) the waiver would not give an unfair advantage to one bidder over another; and, (4) the waiver would not violate Section 3102 of the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. 68102, et seq. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after March 4, 2025.
